		<description>Agreed! When we&#039;re able to listen to a person from where they are, as opposed to from where we are (does that makes sense?), then we can connect with them one human to another, which is, I often think, what we&#039;re most missing in our busy lives.

		<description>What great advice. I&#039;ve always said that when an angry person confronts you, their anger is about what is happening in their life rather than being directed at you. Patience and compassion go a long way to apeasing an angry person.</description>
