I am an advocate for women accepting their bodies naturally, so I am not in favour of breast augmentation surgery except in the case of breast reconstruction following cancer or injury. Otherwise I have grave concerns about the safety and the physical and emotional side effects of slicing into healthy breasts and stuffing synthetic substances into the body. I would not want to be associated in any way with supporting this type of surgery for cosmetic reasons.
