I noticed the other day when I was in there that they've made some new little tweaks to the interface, making it easier to use double opt-in or not, for any particular form or newsletter. And I can tell you that there are continual small improvements going on as well - little changes to the interface, small things like a button appearing beside the contact tagging area, so you can add a tag right there instead of going into the tagging screen - they do listen to their users, and are really responsive, in my experience.
