Have you tried the EFT Personal Peace Process? It is such a simple idea:
write a list of very memory you have that, when you think about it, makes you feel sad, angry, helpless, [insert your own feeling].
Then tap on that memory until the charge goes.
The secret is in the writing of the memories, and it’s where many people seem to stumble – I can’t think of any, I can only think of a few, this seems so simple how could it possibly help me… and so on.
If you’ve tried the Personal Peace Process but you’re looking for a bit of support to help you get more out of it, my Personal Peace Process Journal might be what you’re looking for?
If you’ve purchased the Personal Peace Journal, and are working your way through it, this is the place to ask a question or leave a comment.
