I reckon he could go for days and not run out of things to talk about :) Ironically the next day there was a half-page story in the Courier Mail about how your genes determine the kind of exercise that most suits your body, yada yada. I didn't even read it, and get mad about the misinformation around all this stuff. Can you smell the money?
